Financial Aid
You may be eligible to have some or most of your accelerated nursing tuition covered or financed by federal funding with loans and grants. When you complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at studentaid.gov, you will discover what aid you’re eligible for and advice to help you plan your nursing school payments.
ABSN students may be eligible for federal student financial aid if they are:
- Accepted into a degree program.
- Enrolled in at least six credit hours per term.
- Registered for selective service, if applicable.
- A U.S. citizen in good financial standing.
Consider all your aid options, including state or university grants and scholarships. Beyond that, multiple alternative financing options exist, such as private loans, direct federal loans, and third-party scholarships, that can help subsidize your UST nursing tuition.
